Heating resistance
The heating resistance is made ↑★of a special alloy. The mater↓★ial is Alloy-20. The temperature coefficient ₹of this material is 1100 μ Ω/&↓♣&ΩOmega; * K, that is, when the temperature ק∑≠changes by 1 ℃, the change ratio of resistance is≥ ☆♦ 0.0011, and the accu§φracy is very high. Of course, it•™≠ is also very sensitive to the£®₩☆ current and voltage measur★→$ed in the line.
At present, there are three kinds o< f heating plate materials that can be use★₽d together with the heat seal controller♦✘§: Alloy-20, NOREX, andσ€ Vacodil. The main differenc✔₹₩♣e of the three materia¶∑ls is the difference of their own characte↑↑←ristics and temperature coeffici↔♠π¶ent, of which Alloy-20 is the most eco 'nomical and commonly used.
