Heating resistance
The heating resistance is made of a sσγpecial alloy. The material is Alloy-20. The tem♠☆perature coefficient of this material•π is 1100 μ Ω/Ω * K, that i✔₽s, when the temperature changes by 1 &₹÷℃, the change ratio of reπ÷✔sistance is 0.0011, and the Ω>accuracy is very high. Of course, it is aα€¥lso very sensitive to the curren±∑t and voltage measured in the line.
At present, there are three kinds of♣¶ heating plate materials that can be use★×αd together with the heat s↔¥eal controller: Alloy-20, NOREX, and>σ Vacodil. The main dif♦₽€ference of the three ma ×terials is the difference of their o§Ωwn characteristics and temperature co←¶→∞efficient, of which Alloy-20 is the most econ•↓omical and commonly used.
